One Pan Orecchiette Pasta - Review by Marianne
Thought it was good but with reservation. It was greasy. Too much olive oil or was the Trader Joe's sausage greasy. Why so little green? One-half cup is like adding parsley to a recipe. I used about 2 cups of spinach. Be careful of the "little ears" sticking together. Never had a problem when I boil them in water, but they stuck together for this recipe. Flavors were good. Never cooked pasta this way. Like risotto.
This was wonderful but I did find the orecchiette pasta to thick and gummy. I made it again with a thinner type of pasta and it was wonderful. Everything in the recipe was great except the thick pasta.
