Wow! This was my first time making anything like manicotti and it was a wonderful first-time recipe for me! I made a few changes to what is originally here. I added ground beef to the sauce to give it more protein. I also added another egg to the cheese mix as it seemed a little dry when I mixed it. Per another suggestion on here, I stuffed the manicotti uncooked and added water to the sauce before I cooked it and it turned out great. Everyone that ate with us that night LOVED this meal and the leftovers were almost as good as the original dish! Next time I will try adding Italian Sausage to the sauce for an extra kick!
